I'm using vm Workstation for the first time, so I really dont know what I am doing wrong.
A few days ago I installed vm Workstation 10 as a free 30days version. Installing the software was no problem, but now I want to create a Virtual Machine. Because I didnt know how to do it, I just saw some HowTo Videos on YouTube and followed step by step. I was able to install Win 7 on a Virtual Machine to the part, where the installation needs a restart. So it restarted. But then a Blue Screen appears (see screenshot) and I dont know how to fix this. It appears every time. 
I already
-reinstall vm Workstation (several times)
-used different .iso-files (3 different)
-used Typical / Custom type in the wizard

Oh, and try to answer as simple as you can

To solve this problem you need to keep "Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable - x68/x86 9.0.30729.4148" on your Computer, delete the other ones. It worked for me!
