First I setup the RAID 5 disks from raid controller and then from esxi I mapped the drives to a VM, when I add hard disk to this VM I can add 2TB virtual drive.
Now I want to try the passthrough http://www.servethehome.com/configure-passthrough-vmdirectpath-vmware-esxi-raid-hba-usb-drive/
If I add the PCI device, can the VM see the whole drive? (more than 2TB)
