Available patches are not showing in Update manager

Hi,

In my available patch list i'm not able to see the latest patches which are availale ,My Esx details are

1. I'm using Update manger 4.1,my esx version is 4.0 208167
   
2. Patch source connection is fine
   
3. even after patch scan i'm not able find all the patched which are listed in Vmware site
   
4. for ex.i need the following patch listied in the link https://www.vmware.com/security/advisories/VMSA-2013-0002.html
