Default password problem during vCops installation

Hi,

I'm trying to install and set up vCops 5.8.5 on my environment. Unfortunately, I have some issue with the wizard at the change passwords step.

I read the doc so I know that default passwords are:

- Admin account: admin/admin

- Root account: root/vmware

I used default passwords and added my new password but I get all the time the error below:

I read this discussion which is talking about the same error but nothing can help me to solve my issue. I tried to reset the login attempts counter without success, I still get the same error as show on my screenshot.

Does anybody meet the same error? Do you have some information to work around this issue ?
