Hello, I am running VMWare Workstation 10.0.4 build-2249910 on a Windows 7 desktop. I tried launching a VM from a Live Linux distro DVD, which worked fine, but then Workstation wouldn't "let go" of my DVD drive. I could only open it (either by pressing the physical button or by ejecting from My Computer in Windows) if I had the VM running. The only way to release the drive to Windows was to reboot my computer. Has anyone seen that before? What's the fix? I tried disconnecting the drive from the VM in the Settings but it didn't help.
