We've just bought 2x HP DL380 Gen8 servers with MSA p2000 storage. We want to run ESX5i on both servers for redundancy and we've installed the HP ISO for VMware ESX 5i Both servers ran fine for a few days and we created a couple of virtual machines. Then suddenly the second machine crasht/locked up! VMkernel panic or something. I have no screenshot unfortunately as I hoped it didn't happen again, but it did.
When the server is running it show error messages different from the first server so perhaps that is the problem. It says:

I've re installed VMware already, kept all things standard and same result instantly ... and HP already replaced 1 CPU .. but same problem.
It was our goal to have them LIVE and running production in about 1 week but that 's in jeopardy now!
Does anyone have a clue what is going on and what could be done about this?
