vCenter server 5.5 encountered alarms

Hi there,

I have just deployed vCenter server 5.5 and am getting the following alarms

vm(intemal-web backup) has 2 days of usable CPU capacity remaining

VM(zbycgis) has 30 days of usable Memory capacity remaining

ESX(10.60.144.53)has 25 days of usable CPU Demand capacty remanng
