We have a work intranet page that we use to link to a number of Request submission forms on the VSM system. Since an upgrade to version 9.1.2 these links have now broken. Does anyone know of a way to link to the workflow template request submission screen in the customer portal?
We have tried copying the link but it defaults to the home screen which from there you would then have to go to Log a Request > Request Name.
There is an ID portion of the URL which we have found needs to be taken out as it will expire the session. If ID was still in there it would then log a request under the name of the person who created the link.
